1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the node4all.com web application and utilizing any of our subdomains, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Usage and the x402 Protocol

Our services are provided on a pay-per-request basis authenticated via the x402 protocol. By submitting a valid x402 proof, you agree that you are explicitly authorizing the transaction. Refunds for accurately processed API requests are not provided.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Node4All gateway or its underlying agents to:

• Distribute malicious software or payloads.
• Attempt to circumvent the x402 payment requirements.
• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our edge network.
• Process explicitly illegal materials.

4. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Node4All shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the APIs. Note that sandbox endpoints are strictly for testing and integration; their results are mocked and hold no guarantee of availability.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of any adjusted terms.
